We are starting to work on the landscaping out front. The wrought iron is a century old and came from a house on Minnehaha. We will use the fence as a nice border to the gardens. A new handrail is on the way.

The Downtown Minneapolis Neighborhood Association is putting up these cool historic plaques around the downtown neighborhoods. The North Loop neighborhood already has theirs up and I took a picture of it (burgundy). I placed a sample in some spots at the Oaklands. Do you think we should get one for the Oaklands?
