Yesterday we posted the picture of this Harry Wild Jones house for sale for a million dollars. Liz Vandam, the author of “Harry Wild Jones” provided the real picture of the house back in the day. Losing the
balusters out front takes a lot of substance away from the house and it loses its setting. As Olivia Carpenter Coan would say, “it looks like it’s perched on a hill.” The flower boxes from 1907 have been replaced by ivy, and of course the open air porch has been screened in. Lovely.
